Introducing the all new Cajun Fish Fryer
A new way to fry fish, turkeys, chickens or any other food, without the burnt taste—Guaranteed!
 |
|
The Cajun Fish Fryer offers an estimated 70% reduction in oil use. We recommend changing oil after 25-30 normal cooking's and straining the oil after every 5th cooking. The double oil life expectancy and the revolutionary design allows you to recoup your investment within a short time. |
Features of the Cajun Fish Fryer:
- Versatile, high performance, low maintenance gas fryers that are unsurpassed in quality.
- Single basket units are table-top models only.
- The 4 gallon and the 6 gallon fryer have 2 baskets and come with a stand which is included in the price. They can be separated from the stand to use as a table-top or tailgate model.
- The 8 ½ gallon fryer has three baskets and is welded to the stand, therefore it cannot be separated.
- The baskets are a high quality design for easy and safe frying. The baskets have a nickel plated finish and are made of an evenly distributed wire mesh for perfect frying every time. The handles are plastic coated to stay cool to the touch.
- Custom sizes are available by special order only upon request.

Bruce and Amy Christian, a husband/wife team from Dexter, MO, placed second in the nation in 2006. The team proved consistent with day one and day two weights being within a half-pound during the tournament. They ended with 21.60 pounds. They took home $6500 for second place plus a Minn Kota trolling motor for being the top male/female team in the tournament.
The Christians used Wally Marshall poles and reels with 8 pound test P-Line. They also used a wind sock but said they did better when trolling against the wind. They used two rigs. Three rods had a 3/4 or 1-ounce sinker on bottom with the drop hooks with minnows above. Three rods had pre-tied rigs from Grizzly and from Crappie Company in Dexter. "These rigs had the weight in the middle. We caught a few with the rigs having pink feathers tied on the hooks." |
